Christmas and New Year’s Eve Menus
The Christmas Eve and Christmas Day menu features refined dishes such as Rockefeller oysters, wild mushroom croustade with foie gras, roast guinea fowl with pear and vanilla, and wild sea bass with pumpkin risotto. Guests can choose from festive desserts like the traditional Bûche de Noël or a creative apple snowball. This celebratory menu is available for 65 euros per person.
On New Year’s Eve, guests can enjoy an exclusive evening filled with French delicacies. The 90 euro menu includes smoked and fresh salmon with truffle, beef fillet in pastry with Périgord sauce, John Dory in lobster bisque, and desserts like pavlova or Alsatian-style chestnut cake. The evening also includes grapes for luck, party accessories, and music by DJ AI to welcome the New Year.
Seasonal Tasting Menu for 39 Euros
For those wishing to sample Le Gourmand’s latest creations before the holidays, the seasonal tasting menu is available throughout the month. At 39 euros, the menu includes signature dishes such as quail with pumpkin risotto, wild boar Wellington, and a variety of refined desserts. Available at both lunch and dinner, the tasting menu includes a half bottle of wine or water per guest.
