Restaurante Nomada Dénia marked a major milestone this week, celebrating its 4th birthday with a spectacular summer soirée by the marina. It was a night that brought together friends, family, loyal customers, and members of the team, both past and present, for an evening full of warmth, celebration, and unmistakable Nomada flair.

From the very start at 7PM, the restaurant buzzed with excitement as DJ Rakel Illa and DJ Javier de los Valles set the vibe with upbeat tracks, kicking off the evening’s musical journey. Later in the evening, the talented Tess & The Don serenaded the crowd with live jazz throughout dinner service.
The evening began with Italian delicacies from Nomada partner Garda: truffled cheese, artisan cold cuts, and refreshing Prosecco, offering a gourmet welcome to guests. Meanwhile, a special table offered discounted experiences with Nomada Charters, inviting guests to discover more of the group’s coastal offerings.
The setting couldn’t have been more perfect. With the golden hour casting a glow over Dénia’s port, the restaurant offered postcard-worthy views of the sunset. Nomada Charters’ boats from Crownline were lit up beautifully and docked just in front of the venue, and made for an eye-catching display as they stood proudly outside the restaurant. This also attracted guests who stopped to snap photos and admire the vessels.
At the restaurant, the ambience was special. A dedicated photo wall featuring the logos of Restaurante Nomada Dénia, Toy, Nomada Charters, and event partners gave guests the perfect backdrop for commemorating the occasion. Between sips of wine and bites of their favourite homemade dishes, diners posed for photos and raised glasses to four years of unforgettable experiences.
As always, the food was the heart of the experience. Every dish, from homemade pastas to sourdough pizzas and house-made desserts, was made with the care and quality Nomada is known for. The terrace was filled with regulars enjoying their favourite plates, new visitors discovering the menu, and team members reuniting for a well-deserved toast.
The celebration also highlighted the exciting growth of the Nomada Group. Alongside the flagship restaurant and charter services, July saw the official launch of Toy, Nomada’s new fine dining concept, bringing a bold and elevated culinary experience to Dénia. Guests also got a glimpse of what’s to come, with anticipation already building for the opening of Nomada House, the brand’s boutique hotel, set to open later in 2025.
In every detail, from the first song to the last toast with sparklers, Nomada’s 4th birthday was a celebration of community, craft, and the passion that has fuelled the brand’s journey.
Here’s to many more years of serving the Costa Blanca with flavour and passion!
