Main courses range from roast guinea fowl with pear, vanilla, and gingerbread crumble, to wild sea bass in Dieppoise style served with pumpkin risotto. Desserts are equally festive, with a choice between the traditional vanilla Bûche de Noël or a delicate apple snowball served in two textures.
For New Year’s Eve, Le Gourmand offers a celebratory dining experience at 90 euros per person. Highlights from the menu include a trilogy of fresh and smoked salmon with truffle oil on blinis, or poached oyster with creamy artichoke and foie gras. Main course options feature beef fillet in pastry with Périgord sauce and Dauphinois potatoes, or John Dory filet in a lobster bisque. Desserts include pavlova Carioca or Alsatian-style chestnut cake, followed by lucky grapes, party favours, and a festive atmosphere with music and dancing hosted by DJ AI.
