The restaurant will offer a range of high quality local wines, especially from the Alicante region. Bodega Xaló the local bodega will be present on the menu. The products offered on their menus are also from the region, such as honey and oil from the Alicante.
Chef Wout Sassen has devised a fusion cuisine that combines Mediterranean and Thai nuances and the cuisine will be exceptional… it will also be possible to taste the typical rice dishes of this Mediterranean gastronomy.
