At the last weekend of September, the D*NA Festival Dénia returned to the iconic Marineta Cassiana promenade, bringing together some of the region’s most celebrated chefs and restaurants. Among the standout participants was Nomada Group, who joined the festival with the same energy and hospitality that have made them a beloved name in Dénia.

Guests delighted in the Maccheroncini al ragú del Padrino — homemade pasta with meatballs, sausage, and tomato — the indulgent Focaccia with porchetta, rocket, mayo, sun-dried tomatoes, and pistachio, and to finish, the crowd-favourite Cannolo di Michelangelo with ricotta, chocolate, pistachio, and citrus.
